At Showline TV, we offer advertising opportunities that align with our brand’s values and our audience’s interests. This policy outlines our guidelines, expectations, and terms for businesses, partners, or individuals interested in advertising with us.


1. Eligibility and Alignment

We accept advertisements that are:

  • Relevant to our audience (media, film, entertainment, education, technology, lifestyle, etc.).
  • Honest, accurate, and do not mislead or make false claims.
  • Not in conflict with our ethical standards, community values, or terms of service.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that we determine to be inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.


2. Advertising Formats

We offer various advertising formats, including:

  • Banner ads
  • Sponsored content or articles
  • Newsletter features
  • Podcast mentions
  • Social media partnerships
  • Video pre-rolls and mid-rolls

Custom packages are available upon request.


3. Sponsored Content & Disclosure

All sponsored content will be clearly labeled as such, in compliance with advertising regulations and transparency best practices. Our editorial team retains the right to review and approve any sponsored posts to maintain editorial integrity.


4. Payment Terms

Advertising fees vary depending on format, placement, duration, and audience targeting. All fees are to be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds are not issued once the campaign has launched unless a service failure is clearly attributable to us and not the advertiser.


5. Metrics and Reporting

Advertisers may receive performance reports including reach, impressions, clicks, or engagement depending on the format and campaign structure. We do not guarantee any specific results unless outlined in a formal agreement.


6. Intellectual Property

All advertising assets (logos, banners, images, scripts, etc.) submitted must be the property of the advertiser or fully licensed for use. By submitting materials, you grant Showline TV the right to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling the advertising agreement.


7. Changes, Cancellation, and Removal

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify ad placement or scheduling to optimize performance or resolve conflicts.
  • Cancel any campaign that violates our policies or terms, with or without prior notice.
  • Remove any ad that is reported by users or found to be non-compliant.

Advertisers may cancel or request changes with at least 7 business days’ notice. Fees already paid will not be refunded if cancellation occurs after campaign approval or launch.
